- Illustration software update error. Some users are experiencing an error when getting the latest LPES updates. To resolve, go to the LPES webpage, download the software again, and install it over your existing version. To preserve your current clients and cases, do not uninstall the current version. Simply reinstalling the software will resolve the issue.

- Discontinued sales of New York partnership LTC insurance product. John Hancock will discontinue sales of their New York Partnership individual long-term care insurance policies (Policy Forms: LTC-11 NYP and LTC-11 SGNYP) effective April 27th, 2015. They will continue to market their non-Partnership product, Custom Care III featuring Benefit Builder (Policy Forms LTC-11 NY and SG-11 NY), in New York.

- NEW: LTC rate increase on in-force LTCi business. Effective May 1, 2015, Mutual of Omaha will be implementing a rate increase on in-force business in North Dakota. Read bulletin to see impacted blocks of business.
- New rates available for Term Life Answers. Effective 2/1/15, Term Life Answers now has leading Age Last Birthday rates for Preferred Plus, Preferred Nontobacco, and Standard nontobacco. Make sure your quoting software is updated so you can view the new rates.

- NEW: April 2015 Nationwide YourLife NLG-UL Price Changes and Supplemental Coverage Changes. Due to the sustained low interest rate environment, we are making a pricing change to Nationwide YourLife NLG-UL in April - the first in over two years. In order to maintain our great competitive position for level pay scenarios with a lifetime guarantee, we are suspending the availability of our Supplemental Coverage feature. This change applies to both Nationwide YourLife NLG-UL and NLG-SUL II. There is no base price increase for Nationwide YourLife NLG-SUL II.

- Access updated compensation forms on TransACT. Updated producer rate forms now available on TransACT, reflecting removal of TLIC TransACE and TransACE Survivor products that have been withdrawn from new sales.
- Trendsetter portfolio premium rates. Effect 2/14/15, premium rates for Trendsetter Super and Trendsetter LB will be adjusted to maintain an overall competitive price. The adjustments will rebalance pricing to remain in the top three in key cells and maintain our objective of being nimble in adjusting to ongoing changes in the marketplace.
