Brokerage Manager

Job Description

Solicit new and existing agents for life insurance and have basic knowledge of annuity, LTC, DI, and CI business. The Brokerage Manager (BM) would be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract, retain, and optimize the production of new and existing agents, affiliates, banking, credit union, association, and P&C accounts. This is a sales role that requires phone and webinar contact with new agent sign-ups to the InsureIO CRM platform, to convince agents to submit business to Pinney Insurance Center. Ensure all questions from agents and agencies get answered in a timely manner. Application Specialist

Job Description

Respond promptly to new application requests from agents. Assist clients in completing the application interview, signing and returning their applications, and completing their exams. Must possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. The application specialist will work with the Relationship Department to provide excellent service to the agents and brokerage directors and will ensure that the diligent follow-up process is followed to provide frequent status updates on the application acquisition process to both the client and the agent. This position is expected to be flexible in duties assigned based on the needs of the organization. This is a full time position.
